2. Vehicular access for residents of Sheepwash Cottage,Meare Cottage and Crossing Cottage from the Aldringham/Thorpeness road B1353.
3. NRA,Anglia Water and Essex & Suffolk Water Company to inspect observation bore-hole.
4. Access for RSPB from B1122 across field nos.7900,5050 & 0002 to field no.1700. 5. Access for RSPB from B1122 across field nos.0079 to field no.l375.
6. Access for G.S Ogilvie,his family and authorised people to enter the land at Aldringham Walks under the management agreement,at any time,including with vehicles,providing they avoid disturbing nesting birds
d). G.S. Ogilvie and his family only may shoot the land under the management agreement at Aldringham Walks, but not undertake any keepering. e). G.S.Ogilvie may use the irrigation point in OS 222 at Aldringham Walks.
f). G.S.Ogilvie may cut and remove wood from Aldringham Walks for his personal use.
g). RSPB to manage the woodland at Aldringham Walks in accordance with both the Nuclear Electric agreement and the Woodland Management Grant scheme except for those aspects agreed to be G.S.Ogilvie's responsibility.
